Fantastic play studio for littlies to let their imagination run wild! Such a lovely variety of activities on offer. We have also attended the playful penguins class and what a blast - a perfect mix of music, messy play and a studio play session all in one. My 15 month old absolutely loves it here. ​Five stars aren't enough for Giggles and Grow at Table Bay Mall! From the moment we walked through the door, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—their genuine warmth makes the whole experience so welcoming. The atmosphere is nothing short of amazing; it's a beautifully designed, clean, and safe space that encourages creativity and exploration. But the true joy was seeing how happy my children were while engaging and interacting with other kids. They thrive in this environment! Very Disappointed with Giggles & Grow at Table Bay Mall We arrived at Giggles & Grow at 17:00pm, fully expecting to enjoy a proper play session with our son, as their website AND WhatsApp clearly state they are open until 6pm. However, we were told we couldn’t book a slot because they “want to close early.” This is completely unprofessional. If you advertise closing at 6pm, you should honor that—especially when families plan their outings around your stated hours. Even worse, while my young son was playing, staff were already cleaning up around him—packing toys away, sweeping, and clearly hinting we should leave. It felt extremely rude, and it ruined the experience for him. He was so excited to play, but their attitude and early shutdown made us feel unwelcome and rushed. Staff should be friendly and accommodating, especially at a children’s play venue. Instead, we felt like we were in the way. If they are going to close early, they must update their website, WhatsApp information, and signage so parents don’t waste their time and disappoint their kids. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. The mommy and me classes at Giggles & Grow are incredible! The play studio is absolutely beautiful and Kelsey created and facilitated the most special classes with activities that you can also continue to do at home. Kelsey puts a lot into her classes. My son was in the playful penguins group and the classes were filled with so many fun activities- educational play, singing, dancing, messy play. I highly recommend Giggles & Glow mom and baby classes! The classes are so creative and give such a wonderful time to bond with your baby and other moms with children in the same age group! Visited the play studio yesterday. 1st I felt the price was a bit steep but then realized its for a whole 2 hours and my kids had a blast. The lighting, toys and design are very well thought off and something we haven't seen before. Will definitely be revisiting soon. Wonderful Experience at Giggles & Grow 🌼 Our visit to Giggles & Grow was such a beautiful experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, kind, and really attentive to the little ones. You can tell they truly care about creating a safe, fun, and loving environment for children to play and explore. The play area was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and full of activities that kept my child happy and busy. I also appreciated how the team kept a close eye on the kids — it made me feel completely at ease. The no-food-and-drink rule was handled kindly and made sense for keeping the space clean and safe for everyone. For a place that’s only recently opened, they’re doing an amazing job.
