What’s the maximum number adults allowed in the venue?

Sparkle Package: 8 to 10 adults max
Rainbow Package: 30 adults max

What’s the maximum number of kids allowed?

Sparkle Package: 8 kids
Additional 2 kids can be included at an extra charge
Rainbow Package: 20 kids

Is the food halaal?

We are not certified halaal, but we are halaal friendly.

We purchase from halaal suppliers, and no pork or alcohol is served on our premises.

Can I bring my own cake?

Can I bring in sweets?

Can I bring my own food?

Rainbow Package: Yes

Can I bring in my own drinks for my party packs?

No, absolutely no outside drinks are allowed in our venue.

You will be fined should you bring in drinks.

Are the party packages and décor packages separate?

Yes, party packages and décor packages are separate prices.

Party packages include only what is stated in the party information.

Décor packages are additional to the party package.

Can you do half platters?

No, platters are standard.

Can I bring my own décor?

Yes, however please note that you cannot stick anything on our walls.

No prestick or glue is allowed on any of our furniture.

Can I hire my own entertainment?

Yes, you may. Please notify us in advance.

No face painting allowed.

What’s the age limit to play?

Our play area is suitable for ages 0 to 7.

If older children are attending the party, they are welcome, but they will not be allowed to play on the equipment.

What deposit is required?

R500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

This amount comes off your total party cost.

How do I book a party?

Please contact 076 251 1152 and ask for Kelsey to book.

You will be required to complete a booking form and pay the deposit.

Please note: No provisional bookings are held.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel your booking, you will lose your deposit. There are no refunds.

You may reschedule your party, subject to availability, but we need 30 days’ notice.
